The company sees itself as one of the actors of the community in which it operates and has to insert and coordinate itself in order to work at best. To do this, OMAL undertook a structural work path dedicated to the theme of Social Innovation as a driver for the improvement of its own corporate and organisational performances. Being aware that it is part of a bigger community does not mean viewing itself objectively, but instead optimising its own impacts by coordinating itself with other stakeholders at local and international levels, and avoiding working in a silos structure.
The ethical code of OMAL is the map of the future, in which the corporate ambitions relate to an interpretation of the company as a generator of economic growth and also of social and environmental wellbeing.
